Three programs are offered :

a) B.Sc. Program in Biotechnology
           The Biotechnology Program is a four year B.Sc. program that introduces students to applied microbiology, plant technology, marine and animal cell culture, and bioinformatics. A full range of facilities is provided, for example, genetic manipulation in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, bioreactors for scale-up production, analytical support equipment and extensive computing services.
           The B.Sc. (Biotechnology Program) emphasizes modern scientific technology, which is multidisciplinary and integrates knowledge from many areas, including biochemistry, genetics, animal and plant sciences, microbiology and environmental management. Students will also have practice in the commercialization of advances in and new findings in biotechnology.

b) M.Sc. Program in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics
           This 2 year masters program has two options one includes coursework with some research and the other a research only program. All staff have good English skills. Therefore international students with appropriate backgrounds and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.

c) Ph.D. Program Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics
           A 3 year Ph.D. program is designed for applicants with an M.Sc degree. while a 5 year Ph.D. Program is for applicants with a B.Sc. There are 2 options, a program with both coursework and research and the other a research only program. All staff have good English skills. Therefore international students are welcome to apply.
