Research Interests:

  • The preparations, testings and applications  of electroceramic materials such as conductive ceramics, NTC ceramics, thermoelectric ceramics, heating ceramics, varistor ceramics, PTC ceramics, ferroelectric ceramics, piezoelectric ceramics, pyroelectric ceramics, ferromagnetic ceramics, ferrimagnetic ceramics, magnetoresistance ceramics, magnetoelectric ceramics, magnetoimpedance ceramics, optical ceramics, gas response ceramics and humidity response ceramics electromagnetic ceramics, magnetoelastic ceramics,  magnetostrictive ceramics and shape memory material, etc.

  • The design and development of Visual Basic and LabVIEW-based measurement systems for electroceramic materials and semiconductor materials testings.

  • The investigation for the properties of semiconductor devices and applications.

  • The investigation for some other new electroceramic materials and applications.

  • The investigation for some natural materials such as ark shell, rubber, diskette and sand, etc., and applications.

  • The development for Instrumentation Physics and Experimental Physics using Visual Basic and LabVIEW-based measurement systems.

  • 2005  Awarded for “Dielectric property, voltage filtering, capacitance-voltage dependence, voltage-to-frequency conversion, charge and discharge of Ba0.9La0.1TiO3 and (Ba0.5Zn0.5)TiO3 ceramics ” , 43th Kasetsart University Annual Conference, Thailand.

  • 2007  Awarded for “ Heating, NTC, PTC and capacitive properties of electronic ceramics and applications ”, Thailand National Research Council, Thailand.
